To bridge this gap, the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco (Mumbai Province) established Auxilium Skills Academy (ASA) in 2020. Operating across 14 centers in Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Gujarat including key urban locations in Wadala and Mazgaon ASA equips marginalized youth, women, and dropouts with market-aligned training, corporate soft skills, and placement assistance.

The academy's training spans three major domains:

· Digital Empowerment: Practical coursework in Graphic Design, Video Editing, ITES, and Hardware & Networking.

· Sustainable Livelihoods: Career preparation for Retail, Customer Service, Banking, and Hospitality roles.

· Entrepreneurship & Green Skills: Hands-on learning in Fashion Design, Tailoring, Beautician Arts, and eco-initiatives like Nisarg Mitra.

These programs turn educational disruption into economic independence. One graduate shared: "When financial circumstances forced me to leave school, I thought my options were over.
