The year 2020 transformed the world of work, creating an urgent need for digital skills, adaptability, and industry-ready talent. As opportunities evolved, many young people especially those from vulnerable communities needed more than education; they needed skills that could lead to sustainable livelihoods.
In response to this need, Auxilium Skills Academy (ASA) was established in 2020 as the flagship skill-development initiative of the Salesian Sisters (Daughters of Mary Help of Christians) in Mumbai.
Our mission is to empower vulnerable and marginalized youth with industry-relevant technical skills, corporate competencies, and life skills that open doors to dignified employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.
At Auxilium Skills Academy, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, earn, and build a future with confidence and dignity.
Why Auxilium
Äuxilium Skills Academy was founded to address the pressing challenges faced by underprivileged youth and women, recognizing the deep-rooted barriers they encounter in accessing education, employment, and livelihood opportunities.
Driven by a commitment to lasting change, the Academy focuses on empowering individuals through skill development, fostering entrepreneurship, and promoting sustainable community development — building pathways that transform lives and strengthen communities from within.
