My name is Sanjay, and I come from a financially poor family in Mumbai, living in a one-room chawl in Mazgaon. My father is retired, my mother works as a vegetable vendor, and my sister is currently the earning member of our family. After completing my graduation, I enrolled in the Graphic Design course at Auxilium Skills Academy in 2022, where I gained confidence through various activities and events and improved my English communication skills. With the guidance of the Placement Officer, I applied for internships, facing several rejections along the way. To boost my morale, I was appointed as an intern trainer at Auxilium Skills Academy while continuing my job search. Finally, I secured an internship at Melot Technologies with a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month and was later absorbed as a permanent employee earning Rs. 25,000 per month. Today, I remain committed to my work and continue to inspire students by staying connected with my trainers and the centre.
